Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the carrier. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 20 weeks.
What shipping options do you have?
U.S. Shipping
We offer FedEx, UPS & First Class Priority Mail for domestic service. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO.
International Shipping
We offer FedEx and UPS for international orders. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
Customs and Import Duties for International Orders
Your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or local taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CG Enterprises ships your package DTU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or local taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Errors in Shipping and Billing Information
Please be sure to check that you have given us the correct billing and shipping addresses as well as mode of payment before submitting your order. Errors may delay your shipment or cause the package to be sent elsewhere. Any additional costs associated with errors will be charged to the customer. We are not responsible for errors in information provided to us.
Tracking your Order
After your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns
At CG Enterprises, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with or would like to exchange an item that you received, please follow the below instructions.
Return/Refund Policy
Refund Policy For Radio Control Toys: Refunds for RC toys will only be granted for unused, unopened products in its original condition and packaging. In an event where there is damage to the box upon arrival, you must claim through the carrier for damages. Warranty will only apply for manufacturer defect. All products have been tested prior to shipment, therefore, if you experience any problem with the product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). No exceptions will be granted. Return / exchange / refund will not be allowed for any used RC toys.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery as long as returned items are in their original condition and original packaging. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. State taxes will be credited where applicable and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at [email protected] before shipping a return and we will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
NOTE: RC quadcopters, helicopters and airplanes can crash if flown improperly and any crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your operating skills, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to operate in. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any RC product(s). Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied.
Damaged Items
At CG Enterprises, we check all merchandise carefully before shipping. In the event that an item is damaged in transit or is defective, please notify the shipping company and us within 48 hours of delivery of the item. The shipping company will require you to present them with the damaged package, including all packing materials in order to process a damage claim. Once the shipping company processes your damage claim, they will contact us regarding processing your damage claim. Once they refund us for the damaged package, we will in turn, refund you for the item.
